Great location and comfortable bed. We were disappointed that the bed was against the wall making it difficult to get into as a couple. The picture on Hotels website showed a much bigger room. Even feet along the bed would have been better. Staff friendly and helpful. It was expensive for the quality and space but we made it work. Maybe on check in make sure you say bed must have 2 sides for entry

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shibuya. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the area felt very safe with easy access to the train lines. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. My room had two beds, a spacious bathroom, a washer/dryer, a balcony, plus a hot plate, sink, and mini refrigerator, which made the stay extra convenient—almost like having a mini apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shibuya.
The stairs had anime characters which was very cool.
The accessibility to the elevator was a plus after 35,000 steps every day!

This was the perfect traveler hotel. It was very close to the train station, lots of shopping and dining options. There is a small convenience store on the neighboring corner of the hotel for any supplies, snacks, foods, very similar to a 7-11. There is also a little restaurant shop beneath the hotel lobby. The hotel its self is a bit weathered, but had all the amenities I needed and could want. The mini kitchen in the room was amazing. Dishes and cutlery all there. The water pot was great for room coffee and the in room laundry machine really helped out. The beds were comfy and the view was simple. Mostly quiet at night. The kids in the street can be a bit loud. I did not have a vehicle so cannot review parking. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean & very close to a FamilyMart which was nice. I wish they made beds everyday though, but that’s something I should’ve checked before booking. Overall not bad & not too far from Shibuya station although getting to the hotel from the station was a bit confusing. Staff was very friendly and kind though.
