The customer service was awesome, everything was ready when I arrived.

Conveniently located in a cluster of other hotels off the interstate. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit awkward as the toilet had a small leak, not enough to be a problem. The shower/ bathtub was a bit slippery.
Staff were all friendly.

The bistro was very nice for dinner and breakfast. The hotel was clean and the thermostat made it so easy to make the room the perfect temperature for quickly. Great staff!

We loved staying here for the staff and the breakfast. The staff was super friendly and courteous. On the other hand Our room was filthy, had mold on the walls, crumbs on the pull out bed, and stains on the couch. And the WiFi with the TV was terrible. The indoor pool was freezing. The breakfast was delicious and the people serving were super nice.
One of the staff members came and cleaned off some of the room and I was super thankful for it.
Overall we would consider coming back but would hope for a cleaner and updated experience.
