The Space:
The house has five fully equipped bedrooms for your comfort, and attention has been paid to detail in the decoration and lighting, giving the house a touch of personality and style. In addition, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace where you can spend pleasant and cozy moments. But the most impressive feature of this vacation home is its terrace and beautiful garden, which will provide you with a sense of connection with nature. You can enjoy the fresh breeze and the singing of birds while relaxing in the large private pool. We have a new tennis court and a small gym! The garden area is perfect for organizing a barbecue or simply enjoying an outdoor dinner.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are private, and we offer a TV room and fireplace, kitchen, dining area, terrace, and pool. Days before your arrival, we will send you the location and instructions on how to access the house.

The Neighborhood:
We have a privileged location, right next to Club de Golf Avándaro. The center of Avándaro is only a 10-minute drive away, where you will find shops, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, the impressive Velo de Novia waterfall is a 5-minute walk away.

Getting Around:
We recommend using a car or walking.
