WELCOME TO TOP OF THE TIDE
This impressive waterfront property is beautifully designed for the holiday guest who enjoys luxury. The home welcomes you with a spacious ultra-modern kitchen and living area, media room, internal lift, pool table, 4 flat screen smart TVs, unlimited Wi-Fi, ducted air upstairs, split cycle air conditioning downstairs, and magnificent water views.

DOWNSTAIRS
Living – The expansive kitchen, dining, and adjoining living area offer uninterrupted water views and split cycle air-conditioning.
Retracting full width sliding doors open to create an indoor/outdoor entertainment space. The alfresco dining area is complete with a kitchenette and 5 burner Beefeater BBQ and outdoor table & chairs.

Kitchen – The kitchen is truly a chief’s delight! With 2 large island stone benches, each having its own sink and offering plenty of space to cook up a storm. The large Westinghouse electric range has 8 cooking functions so you can expand your cooking skills with options to bake, broil, roast and more. The gas cooktop has 5 burners that allow for several pots and pans.
The kitchen is complete with a large 2-door cool room/fridge, full-size freezer, a dishwasher, wine fridge and a milkshake station with chocolate and strawberry flavours supplied.

Dining – The dining suite seats 10 and overlooks the captivating, waterfront views.

Entertainment – The media room is complete with electric leather recliners, plush carpet, large flat screen TV, split cycle air-conditioning, and block-out blinds.

Pool Room – The pool room has a 9-ball pool table and wall mounted flat screen TV and split cycle air-conditioning.

Bathroom and Powder Room – The powder room has a separate vanity and toilet, the 4th bathroom has a shower and vanity.

Laundry - The laundry is complete with a Samsung 8.5Kg Dual Top Load Washing Machine, & dryer plus an indoor wall mounted clothesline

UPSTAIRS
Ducted Air – Kitchenette – Family Room - Living Room – This living space has a flat-screen TV and lounge seating for 8. The adjoining balcony overlooks the front yard. everything you need for watching movies or late night snacks.

The Master Suite – Louvre windows from the floor to ceiling allow the summer breezes in and let you take in the sweeping views of the waterway. Plush carpet, comfy king size 4 poster bed, ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fan will complete the luxury. The spectacular ensuite has a two-person corner spa bath plus a two-person walk-in shower with 2 tall rainwater shower heads. The extra long dual basin vanity and a separate toilet complete the comforts. Through the ensuite there is a dressing room with extensive hanging space and storage drawers.
Bedroom 2 - 2 double bunk beds, plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, and large walk-in robe. Please note the top bunks only cater to children over the age of 9 and persons under 100kg.
Bedroom 3 - Queen room with plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Bedroom 4 - Queen room with water views, plush carpet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Bedroom 5 - Queen room overlooking the front of the property and has sliding door access out on to the front patio. The room has an ensuite with shower and toilet. Plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Ensuite 2 - Servicing Queen bedroom 5. The room has a shower, toilet and a single vanity.
Bedroom 6 - This large room offers a tri-bed that sleeps 3 (single on top and double underneath), 2 large 2-seater couches, a wall mounted smart TV, plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.

Powder Room – The second powder room has a single vanity and toilet and leads through to the Main Bathroom.
Main Bathroom – Features a large walk-in shower and a full size bathtub.

Getaway with family snd friends

The house was in a great position for fishing and crabbing. Our group enjoyed our stay with fantastic amenities throughout the spacious house. Only 11 minutes to Burrum Heads if you forgot to buy something. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect family stay

What an amazing house in a perfect location. If you're after peace and quiet with incredible sunrises and sunsets, this is the spot. The changing tides on the sand bank were utterly mesmerising. House is beautiful, very well equipped, comfortable beds and all that you need. We will be back!

A dream

As a family of seven adults, this property was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to places for a coffee or a great friendly dinner. Bedroom and bathroom space for everyone, together with a fabulous kitchen. The undercover bbq and 10-seater table was the perfect hang out spot for chatting, brunch or just gazing out across the water. Plenty of lounge spaces were used to either rest, read a book or play a game of cards, and of course the pool table was used at every moment. The media room was very comfortable and well positioned to the kitchen for that quick ad-break snack. Overall,we couldn’t have wanted more from a property.

Amazing property

It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. The view is ever changing and very relaxing. Plenty of room in the front yard for games of cricket and football.

Great family holiday

Large family group with family and extended family including children and pets. This house is designed for comfort and fun. Kitchen is superb including the spacious cold room. storage everywhere. Great family holiday spot

Very well presented house - great facilities, plenty of crockery, cutlery, dishes to cook with. It has a cold room ! ( so good for large groups). There were plenty of towels and other linen! Fabulous position on the creek! Children were fully entertained floating up and down the creek. It was a great holiday house and location for a family group. We will be back!

Total and utter EXCELLENCE

This property is absolutely flawless and is immaculate in every shape and form. Not only is it superbly located right on the waters edge, the views are endless. The house is hugely spacious, extremely well appointed and attention to detail unsurpassed. The kitchen is a chef's dream, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms (so no congestion!), numerous TV rooms for the children (so no fighting!), and also lots of toys and books to keep them entertained. The positioning, presentation, enormity, and the cleanliness of this property left us all speechless. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Found the property was (surprisingly) exactly as described on line. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and we had a call from the property manager (Kleyre) who was worried we might be inconvienced because a can opener was missing. Beautiful house for family vacation

The house was perfect for our family getaway. The views are just as beautiful as the pictures show. There were many thoughtful amenities available throughout that made our stay very comfortable. Kleyre, the host, was very kind and responsive. This house is perfect for big families. There was 10 of us and it never felt crowded. Like others have mentioned, there are biting midges so bring bug spray!

Perfect location to Relax and enjoy time with family

Stayed here for 5 night's with 10 family members, the pictures do not even compare to how amazing this house is, the kitchen comes with a large cool room, freezer and lots of space to enjoy eating with views of the water, the patio out the back with the tables, chairs and bbq is perfect for cooking what you have caught while fishing in the back yard, there is also a hot outdoor shower to wash away the sand. Property does not have wifi but this did not worry us, it is located right on the water so mozzies and midges are around, just remember to apply repellent, the owners also supply mozzy coils which was a lovely suprise, we intend to visit regularly. Thank you for having us
