We went out for dinner and when we came back, our park had been taken. It was very difficult to find another park without inconveniencing other guests. Otherwise great! very quiet and comfortable.

Didn't appreciate coming back to the hotel to find someone had parked directly in front of my room and there was no parking left. The hotel has a sign that says $100 fee may be charged for calling the night manager. I tried calling, they didn't answer anyway. It's not the hotels fault that someone took my park but not good service to be told you'll be charged for seeking help. There was also a string from a sanitary product hanging on the toilet even though the toilet had a piece of paper draped on it saying it was clean.

For the price we paid and what we received was really good. Large carpeted room that our two young kids enjoyed. Quality bed and normal pillows that didn't break your neck. The shower water was hot and the pressure was fantastic. Easy to park right at the door and in a posh part of Toowoomba. We stayed two nights with young kids and will definitely come back.

Shower cold on very cold morning. Only stayed overnight. Staff did offer to let us shower in another room but we were ready to start travelling and dressed by then Bed comfy room basic but clean.
