The staff were great. The breakfast was fine. The room was very dark. Needed more lighting. That could be why i felt like the room was a little rough. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was really beat up. I covered it in toilet paper just to be able to sit on it. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time playing in it.

There was NO hot tub, the heated pool was cold, there was a sauna but it was broken. Breakfast was just ok. Our room had black mold in the shower, leaky window the rain came in and pooled up on the ac that also had mold in it. The room had water damage to the ceiling and walls.

The lady who checked us in was very nice! When we got to our room it was very clean there was a plastc bag wrapped around the smoke detector that was creepy!
