The breakfast was definitely a disappointment along with the staff serving it. Unfriendly and off putting. Not much served and lack of utensils and plates. Pool was in poor condition with algae growing on the sides. One elevator wasn't working so made the other one extremely slow. Puddles of water in the lobby caused me to fall with my two year old. The room was very nice tho and the bed and pillows were comfortable just think there is definitely room for improvement.

I know you can do better.

The sink in the room had hair in it. Only one elevator worked. The hotel was full and I had to use the stairs twice for a one night stay. No phones in the rooms to order food. The food was awful. The computers at the front desk looked like they were put there as a second thought. Keyboards on top of keyboards, wires everywhere…

They tried. It was just chaos this weekend. They were overbooked. The staff tried to accommodate but could not find a two bed as scheduled for us, towels were out at the pool, wet everywhere, they are under construction. The rooms are nice and price seems on par. We brought a team and might choose to stay elsewhere next visit.

Great room! Lots of space, great for family with teen who wants their own space without needing to get two rooms. Fantastic kitchenette with sink along with microwave and mini frig. Frig had clear door so you won’t forget anything…brilliant! Great stay. Hyatt place is our new fave.

Everything is fantastic. Breakfast gets a little old because it’s basically the same every day but it’s free so it’s appreciated! Staff is excellent. So kind, welcoming and seems not to have a ton of turn over because I stay here often and they always welcome me as if they remember me. Best deal in town. Elevators are a little taxing on the nerves but they’ve been renovating for quite some time so I’m sure that will improve. Still no place I would rather stay!
