We had a great 3 day stay. I was a little worried due to some of the reviews but our stay was great with only a few minor complaints. Check in was quick, all the staff members we encountered were friendly, the room and all areas inside the hotel were clean, we didn’t hear anything from the other rooms so great sound proofed walls & we had an amazing view of the mountain. Showing ID when entering wasn’t an issue for us it was quick and easy every time. The casino was also great. We didn’t win big but came out ahead and got to play a few hours on our budget. We highly recommend trying the crab boil at Fortunes restaurant inside the casino we both had the personal catch and it was amazing! $25 per person for a ton of seafood. We came home and found our local restaurants charge triple for the same thing. A must try! Only a couple negatives, parking can be an issue we had to circle around the parking lot for over 15 mins a couple times. They should have a blocked out area just for hotel guests. The bathroom had very poor lighting. And lastly I wouldn’t plan on venturing anywhere outside of the casino. The area was extremely sketchy at all hours. Homeless and drug users scattered every where even in the street(we almost hit someone twice). We did not feel safe getting out of our vehicle as they would come right up asking for money and didn’t take no kindly. All in all we had a good stay and plan to return this summer.

Our first room on our first night was good. On our second night we checked in and they over sold the room we had booked. They did upgrade us but the room was dirty. Had dried urine on the bathroom floor and leg shavings in the tub so clearly not cleaned. Most of the staff were sweet and helpful. Restaurants were mid at best. Website says there’s robes in rooms and there isn’t. Our handset on the phone didn’t work. I don’t think we’d go back.

The trash can in the bathroom had trash in it FROM THE LAST PEOPLE WHO STAYED. We know this because the trash was in the garbage can upon our arrival. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable but other than those two complaints, the overall stay was decent.

We went for the Styx concert, which was great!!! The room was beautiful and clean and quiet. Only thing I was upset about was the issue that they don't have designated Hotel parking. It was terrible finding a parking spot and I had to carry my luggage across the parking lot to the room on the 4th floor. Also, they don't allow any alcohol on premises, that's kind of messed up.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room it was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable the TV was clear I thought it was quiet I slept well which I never do in a hotel the people were helpful to get our stuff to the room and when we left it was a great experience I would do it again.
