I enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff was they welcomed us and made it feel like home. Parking was difficult to find especially with a baby but other then that our stay was amazing we enjoyed the mountain view of mount hood and adams

I checked in at four thirty pm. They had given my room away and I had to wait until six pm to get another room. Was not happy about that. Also the handicap room bed was so low that I had to help my wife get out of bed, even to go to the bathroom. They put us on the 6th floor at the opposite end of the elevator, which caused my wife problems walking that far.
