I was unaware that I would have to pay $14.99 plus tax (this would be daily had I stayed more than one day)to park onsite. I also asked the evening front desk clerk where the nearest gas station was as my auto rental had to be returned full and she gave me such bad and incorrect directions that when started questioning it while driving to the station she said was down the road on the left, I pulled over and found out I should have turned down a street I had Long since passed and turn off that street as well. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth

Hello,Unfortunately the parking fees applies , they are display on our website as well on expedia ,the price is within the area rates we are not trying to overcharge or add a new charge. Regarding the directions our apologies the agent could not guide you properly. Usually we even go as far as to print the directions to the guest to make sure they reach the destination safely and on time.

You pay for breakfast, but it only starts 7am. There should be a section to collect a bagged breakfast or reduce the bill if no breakfast is available. State the breakfast times when booking and not just free breakfast.

Hello,On behalf of the BWP team we want to thank you for choosing to stay at our Hotel. There is an option online for adding breakfast to the room but the rate is higher and since 7am wont do for the early travelers, what we usually do is to prepare the "Breakfast Bag To Go " , to be requested upon check in , the guest can pick it up either that evening or early morning, it cost 8.99 plus taxes per bag (Choice of juice, croissant /muffin, hard boiled egg, yogurt, fruit/granola bar)Sincerely,

The 'shuttle bus' to the airport is actually a small & tight passenger van that often gets fully booked. Our early morning shuttle bus to the airport actually got overbooked and 2 guests had to 'stand' during the 10 min ride, which was kind of sketchy...

The website says they have an airport shuttle 4am - 2am, however, it doesn't say you need to call them. Do I waited almost an hour. Luckily a person who stayed there call them, so I got on the shuttle in the end. They should say you need to go to the information center and make a phone call. Everything else was just fine.
