As always, I find the front staff pleasent and it was a surprise to have a hot tub in my room, which was much needed after a long day of travel.

The customer service from the staff was outstanding. It was a last minute booking and I made a mistake with my entries. The hotel staff knew exactly what to do to resolve it and guided me through the process. The room was clean and lovely and we took advantage of the little restaurant on the premises. The parking was cleared of snow before we left in the morning. Thank again to all the staff for their hard work.
