Room could have been a bit better. No plugins on bedside. The lighting wasn’t the greatest in the room. Bedside lights could be less aggressive and not too much in the eye. Parking was terrible. A colleague of mine was given a spade(not a snow shovel) by one of the staff to clear out a spot she found to park.

Airport shuttle is atrocious! The driver did not speak any English. I had to make him pull over to call the hotel as I was concerned on his intentions. I have traveled the entire world have never run into this issue going to a hotel. Basic communication is needed
