Excellent for a quick stay if you are catching a flight at the airport. There is a free shuttle to Pearson (about a 3-5 min drive) but you must book if at the front desk the night before. Would stay here again

The refillable bottle of shampoo inside the shower was empty, the sink leaked and the bathroom doorknob was loose and took wiggling to shut properly. Staff did the bare bones requirements of their jobs and nothing more, seemed unimpressed to be there.

A Mix of Quality and Missed Details

The hotel is convenient with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are soft, the shower curtain does not dta closed, causing water to spray everywhere, and the sink stopper does not work. The breakfast is varied with a myriad of choices for hot, cold, and vegetarian options. The coffee is reasonably good. A surprise for a hotel.
