I would have liked to give five stars, but I forgot one of my skin care product in the bathroom and I called them to check on it. It was an expensive product and they never got back to me. That means they either threw it away or someone took it away without even informing me. They had my phone number in their records to reach me. They never called me back and they did not even hold the product for me.
