On my 2nd day, I did not get any clean towels nor did the cleaning staff replace the coffee cups. There were lots of high schoolers from teams there. They were very loud. There were families with children that let their children run up and down the hallways banging on doors and doing what unrestrained children do. In the breakfast area, one child took a cup of coffee. He spilled the whole cup on the floor. The parents did not inform the desk. However one of the housekeeping staff did see it and promptly cleaned it up.

If they put you in 105, dont do it. Request to be moved. The staff uses the adjoining 103 and is extremely loud at 2am until well after 3am. Extremely loud. Also, the light from their adjoining room lights up your room at night through the crack in the door that you can clearly see through into the next room.

It's an airport hotel, so ithr neighbourhood isn't going to be loaded with options. The breakfast was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, fresh made pancakes, and warmed cinnamon buns along with your standard continental breakfast offerings. Things were clean and the staff was good, but the room was small (single queen sized bed in it and things were still tight). It was a little noisy but it also seemed pretty full so that's expected. Not terrible, but not fantastic. Just an average stay with a decent breakfast offering.

We enjoyed our stay; housekeepering staff were so kind and helpful. The airport shuttle was a huge plus for us, as it helped give us one less thing to have to plan and navigate while traveling with an infant. One suggestion would be to find a way to increase the safety of the showers! The shower floors were quite slippery, and could definitely pose a slip/fall hazard if not careful.

I was surprised and disappointed by my recent stay. While staff were present, they seemed disengaged and not particularly attentive or welcoming. The room itself was in need of a serious deep cleaning—especially in the corners, which were noticeably dirty. The overall condition of the room felt tired, with visible signs of wear and several areas that had been poorly repaired, making it feel far from the polished Hilton experience I’m used to. Definitely not up to expectations.
