Staff were so tentative and helpful. There was a fire alarm going on and off for about an hour at 11pm the night we arrived, explanations were given late notice and it brought lots of confusion. Breakfast was wonderful. Room service was very slow, we called for the third time to receive more toilet paper, and I found it outrageous to not be able to receive a second bottle of water without paying.

Everything was great — room was quiet and dark, bed was comfortable, good bedding, provided a crib / pack and play for our toddler to sleep in. Everything was new, clean, modern and European in design. Plus all inclusive breakfast was an impressive hot and cold buffet.

Great stay!! Lots of food options for breakfast and easy to navigate. There is no parking at the hotel, however right across the street there is a parking garage with overnight parking. The only thing i didnt like is the bathroom door is barn door style and the rubber flap material dragged on the ground making a very loud screeching sound. Overall, great place to stay in Toronto and we will be back!

We much enjoyed our stay. Check in experience was great. We needed milk for our toddler, there is a little cafe when you walk in, they even frotted the milk to a perfectly warm temperature. I had to leave early for a horse show, but my husband and tot really enjoyed the INCLUDED breakfast, which they both rated a 10/10, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We will return!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Best buffet breakfast we've had at a hotel in a long time. Absolutely worth it! Rooms were tiny but clean and had everything we needed. We liked that the toilet was separate from the sink/shower. It made getting ready more efficient.
