The shuttle service had me waiting over an hour at the airport. I call multiple times at the hotel, they told the shuttle would be there in 5 min. That never happened. I kept calling the hotel but they ignored my calls. I went into a cab, as my patience was over after the waiting. The hotel ending up refunding my cab fee but after this happened I just had to leave the hotel as I couldn’t enjoy this place anymore. I recommend this place, but the shuttle service as the way they sell this service is not appropriate at all.

I will not be using Expedia anymore. False information about the room displayed on Expedia website. When we tried to check in, the receptionist advised such room did not exist in their hotel. I travelled two hours just know that information on Expedia is false adding great inconvenience to my family. I had to pay double the mouth to reserve a room on short notice at different hotel. There is zero customer care support through the phone, automated phone answering system was not able to address my concern. Ended up online chat where a rep was able to issue complete refund. I am saying goodbye to Expedia forever.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable. The only comment is regarding the airport shuttle. If you're on time for the shuttle but it's full, you're on your own for getting to the airport. No vouchers, etc. Other than that, all good, nice place to stay.

Check in time is 3pm and we got there at 5pm and our room still was not ready. It was frustrating since I had two little ones who were woken up from nap and grumpy. We voiced our concerns about having to wait for our room and the front desk lady tried to say there are new people training so the first woman who checked us in didn’t know what she was talking about but the room was supposedly ready even though we had to wait for the room and passes. Then we get to our room and it was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the counter tops and dirty ottoman, thank goodness I brought wipes with me and I was able to clean and wipe things down. I could not sleep all night because every time I tossed the bed would make a loud creek as if the bed frame would collapse. Also, the bathroom sink would not drain well. Im glad it was only a one night stay. The breakfast was good for the kids.
