From the moment we arrived at One King West, we were treated with such care and consideration. Rhe valet was full when we arrived, but the team outside made sure we were able to park in the carport to get checked in and our belongings upstairs. The concierge team was so friendly and welcoming, they ensured we received all of our VIP perks and even had our pre ordered snack delivered right on time! Such a beautiful view from the comfortably decorated Tower One corner suite. The hot tub was private and relaxing, and we wnjoyed our late night beverages at Tellers Bar! Thank you so much for the amazing 40th Birthday!

My stay at One King West was outstanding. The staff were genuinely attentive — not the fake “smile-until-my-face-cramps” type, but actually helpful and present when needed. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with a level of comfort that made it tempting to cancel the rest of my plans and stay inside all day. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to everything worth seeing or doing in Toronto. Highly recommended.
