Room was great, staff was lovely, HSKP brought us a fantastic cot which was really a full on bed, much better than expected, he found our TV remote, we loved the Club Room snacks and breakfast and the staff there was delightful as well. Check in was easy, and checkout is even easier. Rooms here are always clean, upscale, and a good size. I sleep so well knowing that I am a quick tram ride from the terminal. It runs every few minutes so its very reliable. What always impresses me is that even though it's right on airport property, I never hear planes!
