Breakfast was great, service was outstanding. The pool was too cold and there we people (adults and kids) who were aggressively using a beach ball which kept hitting us even when we were in the hot tub. Not enjoyable at all. We had to leave as it wasn't relaxing even though it had signs for no ruckus in the pool. Some people just don't have any self awareness; not a reflection on the hotel. Sadly we were also there during a lot of tournaments so it was hectic and extremely busy. Rooms were spacious and quiet thankfully. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

I really enjoyed the ambience, and as a Marriott member, we were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the separate toilet area made it especially convenient for families. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable;April, in particular, was outstanding!

The breakfast was good but trays would be helpful to carry drinks and food. There also wasn’t an area to drop off dishes when you were done.

We paid for a two queen room and ended up with 2 double beds for 4 people. One person ended up on a mattress in the floor..not what I paid for. Also needed to do laundry..washer flooded the floor, dryer didn’t dry clothes despite running it 4 times. Wifi didn’t work, not a great stay.

The hotel and staff were nice but I have some important comments to make: 1. The bathroom (toilet) has no privacy fan which makes it really uncomfortable since only a mere sliding and semi transparent door separates the bathroom from the room. All hotels have standard fans that run not only to keep the ventilation going but to offer privacy and I was surprised this was missing. 2. The beds were not properly made nor were the garbage bins emptied each day. While I understand linen and towels are no longer washed daily, staying at a hotel you expect at a minimum to come back to a tidy room with the beds properly made (ours were merely re-covered eith the blankets but they were left untucked and wrinkled. Mot even neatly placed under the pillows. And as mentioned, the garbage from the first night was still there on day 3) 3. The bathroom lock was broken—where the shower is. And more, the shower system seemed to be broken or missing some pieces. The shower itself was great and clean, but it’s obvious that something broke at some point and it was simply left that way. Thank you.

The hotel was lovely; we checked in a little bit early and the afternoon front desk staff - Samrin, Meagan & Carmen were absolutely amazing. So kind & cheerful! They were the best staff we saw during our weekend stay at this lovely hotel! The hot was very very good with a variety of choices and the rooms were spacious and clean. Close to many fun things to do including Vaughan Mills Mall & Wonderland.
