nice place, the rooms are small though. 2 bedroom room was perfect for 2 maybe 3, but 4 people would be really tight. the bathroom was really small but overall good experience. includes free breakfast which was good. small hotel which I like

No window to outdoors, our large window faced a réception hall - no emergency exit!!! Bathroom corners were dirty, shower curtain was dirty, bed felt like concrète. Will not recommend or visit again.

The room smelled of a mix of cleaning products and incense. Beds were clean and staff were great but room was clearly dated with rickety table, lamps and chair. More than a few stains on curtains in room and shower. Outlets above bed were so lose that anything plugged in fell out and were unusable. Room keys worked only a single time and demagnetized every single time afterwards, had to pass by front desk everytime we went back to the room. While its not directly the hotels fault, our toilet was out of commission the morning of our second day and it wasnt usable until the afternoon because the whole sotes sewage system needs to be fixed by an outside company. Food was passable but juices were heavily watered down and eggs were watery (cooked in a bag clearly) bacon and sausages were good, coffee was ok, self use waffle maker was a great touch! We were there for a wedding and the reception halls were amazing!
