This is a stunning apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor in a gorgeous Victorian villa, Riviera Mansion, overlooking Torre Abby beach. This is an ideal location for exploring Torquay and surrounding areas.

Internally the apartment is furnished to a high standard with high specification furnishings. The living room and first bedroom boasts floor to ceiling bay windows with a glass door leading out on to the balcony, that offers spectacular sea nad land views of Torbay, a 3-person swinging chair and patio heaters. Day or night, guests will be rewarded with unrivalled panoramic views from this striking apartment. Gaze down on the vibrant marina, Torre Abbey beach, or across the bay towards Paignton and Brixham. On a clear day Dartmoor can be seen. It provides the perfect viewpoint for annual events including the Red Arrows, firework displays and sailing events throughout the year.

Riviera Mansion is a Landmark Property overlooking the beach. It was originally constructed in the 1840’s by the English owner of a South African diamond mine. In the late 1950’s it was converted into the Homers Hotel. It closed in 2001 the property was split into four; a private home and three holiday lets.

I have great difficulty in finding any fault with this property. Superb location and the apartment was so spacious.

This is a brilliant apartment with a gold star view.

This is a brilliant apartment with a gold star view. We really needed a place to land for Christmas, having moved out of our home and with nowhere to go, before the new house was ready. We could not have picked a better spot. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and full of light, with a great kitchen and two bathrooms. We were mesmerised by the view over the bay - both day and night. Parking was handy too. We stayed three weeks and only had one problem, when the boiler failed the day before we left. Graham was down in 5 minutes and fixed the issue straight away. Can't say enough good things about this place. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Had a lovely holiday in this apartment.

Had a lovely holiday in this apartment.....have stayed here before 5 years ago....the views are outstanding.....and it is very spacious.....nice too to have an outside space that is undercover....such a quiet and relaxing break....There is one designated parking place, but we did have a problem trying to park the second car when we arrived.....but in saying that it was half term.....all in all a beautiful apartment and hopefully will return again. I highly recommend you stay here should you get the chance. The only downside to the holiday is that it’s very hilly and lots of steps not for the infirm my father in law found it hard to get about. Gorgeous views from Apartment.

Gorgeous views from Apartment. Beware of the 20 steps to front door and also step from Dining area, step down in ensuite and step in Hall for anyone with walking problems. Kitchen very well equipped and beds comfortable.
