No. 46 has been transformed from a former established bed and breakfast into a dedicated and stylish family friendly holiday stay in the heart of The English Riviera. Sleeping up to 16 with a games room and basement cinema room, your guests will have everything on hand for a super fun and memorable stay.
The transformation at No. 46 has been a labour of love, and the result is exceptional. The property has been purposely redesigned for guest use and there are some stunning interiors showcased throughout this home.

Downstairs the open plan kitchen and dining room takes centre stage; the new fully fitted kitchen in hague blue will be your anchor point sunrise to sunset. Make use of the De'Longhi coffee machine and kickstart your day, head outside onto the terrace to enjoy that esspresso as the sun rises on Torquay. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside on the statement bespoke dining table beneath the glitter ball, or al fresco on the terrace.

The lounge features a super comfy sofa and Samsung Frame tv, an ideal spot to enjoy evening aperitifs, before heading downstairs into the basement for some family-level competitive gaming. Dim the lights, grab a bean bag and the tear open the popcorn and enjoy a classic comedy or thriller in the cinema room.

When your guests call it a night and head upstairs, rest assured that everyone will be getting a good nights kip.
