The room was filthy and the hotel smelt of weed. The pictured they use to advertise their hotel are not real. And when we requested a refund and sent photos of the room they refused. We left straight away and booked a different hotel.

Room wasn't cleaned properly rubbish on the floor bathroom floor wasn't even touched when I got out of shower there were dirty marks on the floor so had to have towel there as I didn't want to stand on it. Bed was broken only one pillow per guest, marks all over the room like carpet and walls window wasn't opening properly and we ad to put spray there to keep it open. No spoons for coffee. Just the bedding was clean and towels(few holes In them) bounding outside is filthy lots of rubbish everywhere and in the hall as well there is no restaurant just a empty space.

Positives were the parking and the helpful member of staff I encountered. But the building is in major need of an overhaul, as you walk through there is a smell of damp and everything is very retro. No room keys/cards it’s a pin entry system on each bedroom and has a prison feel to it. Overall fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to have a week based out of Tor Park.

Staff very friendly. Comfy beds and choice of tv channels. Room could have been cleaner with old bag of food found on radiator and both soap and shower wash a squirt away from running out. A mile walk to town so nice and convenient. Takeaway and Premier 2 mins walk away

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. As soon as I arrived, I felt very uncomfortable. The entire place was dirty, disorganised, and chaotic. It was impossible to tell who was a member of staff and who was a guest because everything seemed so unprofessional. The atmosphere made me feel so overwhelmed that I had a panic attack. I couldn’t stay there for even a minute. I left immediately and had to find another hotel because I simply didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone, and I hope the management takes cleanliness, organisation, and guest experience much more seriously.

This hotel is very dingy and shabby. The bedroom had dark grey walls, making it feel.like a cell. There was no.breakfast. i didnt want to sleep there, so I slept on my friend's sofa instead. It is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I wonder if it being used primarily to house homeless people.
