Fantastic resort but disappointing apartment

The resort is amazing with fantastic facilities but the apartment was very dirty with buildup of dirt and mould in the dishwasher and the bathroom plug hole was full of gunk. The apartment was very tired and needs an upgrade…bedding was very crumpled and not see an iron. Quilts were all stained. I was promised a hairdryer but this was not there. We enjoyed the resort and the restaurants and bars were fab but we didn’t enjoy this particular apartment, dry disappointing and will not recommend this company for renting from.

Inadmissible remise des cles prévu a 16h15 remise a 18h30 appartement don le menage laisse a désirer ménage tres mal fait le frigo qui ne fesait pas de froid obliger de decongeler la parti congelateur le jour de l'arrivée 10cm de glace parti congelateur impossible d ouvrir les tiroir du congelateur tuyau d évacuation du lavabo qui se fait la malle obliger de reparer et le pire grande surprise en remontant de la piscine coupure de gaz 4 jour avant notre depart facture non payer par le propriétaire donc plus d eau chaude formidable du grand n'importe quoi premiere fois que ce genre de mésaventure arrive depuis que nous allons en espagne 7 ans que dire de plus a FUIRE
