The Space:
This delightful 2-bedroom, and adapted cubby with a single bed is a private villa situated on a beautiful palm-lined street on the ever popular La Torre Golf Resort.
The villa offers comfortable accommodation, with a private pool and jacuzzi, tiled garden with a comfortable chill out area and a spacious roof solarium where you can relax in the Spanish sunshine. Stylish accommodation and furnishings are on offer throughout, whilst light and airy décor provides a cool place to relax.

This large villa is ideally located for those who enjoy a quiet location, whilst being a short stroll to the Town Centre area of La Torre Golf Resort, where you will find the Golf Course, Supermarket, Club House, bars, restaurants and also the Hilton Hotel with gym and spa (additional charge).

The property is air conditioned in the living room and the main bedroom and for those of you visiting during the spanish winter, the property also benefits from central heating.

2nd year staying in the same villa ( 9th time at La Torre).Best villa so far ... location less than 10 min walk to resort bars / restaurants.As per 2025 no response to request for late check out...so if we do book again will take this into account... that Late Check Outs are not something the villa offers.

Property Review

The accommodations are clean and stocked as advertised. The condo is newer and the pool area is well maintained. There is a driver who works with the rental management company, Ronald. Ronald is top shelf and was extremely kind, helpful. The “hot tub” is not hot or even lukewarm. So don’t rent this for the hot tub. All other amenities are as advertised.

Our 11th visit to La Torre aand this was bar far the best villa in relation to specification. Only 2 isues were missing Mugs for cuppa tea and the ability to dry washing... Also first villa not to supply Pool Towels...but no way did this affect the stay and will definitely book again. Really great ( very quick) response to any questions both before and during our stay . ☆☆☆☆☆

Wasn’t worth the premium.

I’ve stayed in many villas on this resort, this is the first time via Murcia Vacations. I picked this one in particular due to the photos, upgraded decor, bathrooms and jacuzzi. 5 TV’s in the property and none have the access to the UK TV channels as advertised in the listing. Property wasn’t cleaned properly and ready for our arrival. The 50 EUR discount wasn’t enough. Jacuzzi does have heating but this wasn’t available, bubbles works and jets don’t. Pool filters had not been cleaned properly and I had to point this out to the cleaner to get it sorted. Communication from the property management company was poor. My complaints still haven’t been escalated to the manager and if they have, there has been no contact. Photos are at least 5 years old and there have been significant changes since and maintenance not kept up. Only 1 sun lounger by the pool and 1 on the sundeck, wouldn’t have worked if there had been more than 2 of us. It’s a shame as this could have been the best property on the resort. I will avoid Murcia Vacations in future in favour of renting villas direct from owners who care about their property. Murcia Vacations have had plenty of opportunity to properly address my complaints and I feel sorry for the British owners who are not getting the service they deserve.

The property was generally quite nice. For the few issues we did have upon arrival Murcia vacations did a great job handling all our requests. We enjoyed our stay, and we would come back.
