En bord de mer et proche du "centre" de Torredembarra.

Parfaitement situé appartement agréable avec un beau balcon. Résidence avec parking privatif et piscine. Seul bémol en cas de forte chaleur, pas de clim. Commerces à proximité

A very relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. The apartment itself is very vell equipped, and is quite spacious with a real kitchen and a very nice balcony. The balcony is actually a bit larger than shown in the pictures, and best of all, it is at the north side, since I find it quite peaceful to sit in the shadow with a good book, after a few hours on the beach. The only downside with the apartment is that it does not have AC. That problem was however smaller than I thought, since the breeze from the ocean makes the air feel quite fresh. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and if you are looking for a place with a good location, for exploring Torredembarra, Barcelona and Catalunya, this is the place to stay.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Starnd

Nachdem wir einige Tage in Barcelona waren, haben wir hier unseren Strandurlaub verbracht. Es ist eine schöne große Wohnung im der 3. Etage. Mit Aufzug! Parken kann man im abgeschlossenen Innenhof der Anlage, was ein sehr großer Vorteil ist, da tagsüber in der Umgebung alles vollgeparkt war. Im Innenhof befindet sich auch der Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage, der jeden Tag von Hausmeister ( äusserst nett und fleißig ) liebevoll gepflegt wurde. Über die Wohnung brauche ich sicher nicht viel zu schreiben, da die Angaben hier zu 100% zutreffen und nichts geschönt ist. Nur mit dem Wlan hatte unser Nachwuchs so seine Probleme, da er nicht direkt in der Wohnung verfügbar ist, sondern eher in Strandnähe durch das Fremdenverkehrsamt, oder von dem unten im Haus gelegenen Restaurant Die Lage ist TOP. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Spar Markt wo man alles bekommt was man so braucht. Inklusive frisch gebackener Brötchen und Brot. Günstig Frühstücken kann man aber auch gut im daneben gelegenen Eiscafe. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung viele Restaurants an der Strandpromenade, von gehoben bis Pommes Bude. Abends kann man schön auf dem Balkon sitzen und dem spanischen Treiben auf der Strasse zusehen. Fazit: Schöne Ferienwohnung+ Sympatische Vermieter+ Gepflegte Anlage= Toller Urlaub!!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy lindas en este apartmanto - super comodo para las familias - hay una habitacion matrimonial y dos pequenas habitaciones con camaa singulares, un salón y una cocina. Dos baňos. Yo viajé con mis dos hijas y mi mamá. Hay una tineda a pocos metros - con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Cafe y heladería al lado, restaurante en el edificio (sin ruido por las noches). El apartamento no dispone del aire acondicionado (que no era problema), y no tiene acceso al internet - no hay wifi (lo que sí era un problema). Recomendaría este apartamaneto a personas que no exigen lujo, adoran la playa y tienen hijos. Hay piscina para residentes y un conserje que ayuda en todo necesario. :-)

Komfortabel und supernah am Strand

Meine Frau und ich suchten nach stressiger Zeit ein Domizil, das von Berlin aus gut mit dem Flugzeug zu erreichen ist (hier Barcelona mit dem Vorteil sehr günstiger Flugtarife) und uns die Möglichkeit gibt, uns bestens zu erholen. Da kam uns das Angebot der Ferienwohnung von Frau Uhde gerade recht. Das Appartement ist supergut vom Flughafen Barcelona aus mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Der Weg vom Bahnhof in Torredembarra ist nicht allzu weit. Noch besser geht es natürlich mit einem Leihwagen, den man in Spanien zu sehr günstigen Preisen bekommt. Das Appartement übertraf bei weitem die im Inserat gemachten Versprechen. Sauber, gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub nur wünschen kann (Wasch- und Spülmachine, komplette Küchenausstattung, Satellitenfernsehen mit allen Programmen, die über das Geschehen in der Heimat informieren). Das Appartement ist sehr groß und glänzt damit, dass es direkt am Strand und dennoch sehr ruhig liegt. Alle notwendigen Läden gibt es vor der Tür, zahlreiche und sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe bieten etwas für jeden Geschmack. Und wenn man mal nicht weiter weiß, Victor, der gute Geist des Hauses hilft gern und kompetent in allen Lebenslagen. Er sorgt auch dafür, dass alles immer bestens sauber ist. Auch da hatte uns Frau Uhde nichts versprochen, was sie nicht hätte einhalten können. Und wer mit dem Auto anreist, wird es sicher zu schätzen wissen, dass ein reservierter und abgeschlossener Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Sollten Sie auf weitere Ausflügeverzichten wollen, geht es aber auch bestens ohne fahrbaren Untersatz. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die wunderschöne Altstadt von Torredembarra. Kurz und gut: Das Appartement von Frau Uhde würde ich auch allerbesten Freunden immer weiterempfehlen! Micha

séjour très agréable

L'appartement est fidèle à la description : il dispose de 3 chambres agréables, d'une salle d'eau et d'une salle de bain, un grand salon salle à manger, une cuisine et petite buanderie. Chacun trouve sa place car le logement est très spacieux. La piscine est entretenue 2 fois par jour par Victor ( Faites attention de bien avoir ses coordonnées téléphoniques lorsque vous arriverez car il n'est pas toujours dans la résidence). Nous avons eu très chaud cette semaine-là mais nous pouvions nous rafraichir dans la piscine ou aller à la plage (il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue). Il n'y a pas le wifi dans l'appartement mais lorsqu'on descend sur le parking, on peut se connecter au café Boléro grâce au code BOLERO2014. Les échanges par mail avec Mme Uhde se sont très bien passés : elle désire vraiment que les locataires soient bien dans l'appartement et passent des vacances agréables. En cas de problème, on peut facilement la joindre par mail, elle répond très rapidement.

Super vacances, super appartement

L'appartement, situé sur le front de mer, est très agréable et très bien équipé. Etat impeccable à mon arrivée. La piscine en bas de l'immeuble est entretenue tous les jours. Il y a un petit supermarché très pratique à 10 mètres, des restaurants tout le long de la plage et en ville. Endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes, et à 50 minutes en train de Barcelone en cas d'envie d'activités plus citadines (la gare de Torredembara est à 5 minutes de l'appartement). Je recommande vivement !!
