2 MINUTES FROM MOTRIL AND TORRENUEVA. POOL AND GREAT LANDSCAPED AREA. PLAY
.The Dawn, is located on the Costa Tropical. Privileged place for its location and microclimate. From this municipality we can visit others such as Salobreña, Almuñecar, Torrenueva, Nerja, ... as well as the Lecrin Valley, Alpujarras Granadinas, Sierra Nevada, Granada, Malaga ... all this in a record time between 2 to 50 minutes. We can also visit the African continent (Melilla, Al Hucemas and Nador) taking as a means of transport the Ferries in the Port of Motril.
On the same day, in just over an hour we can go from finding ourselves taking a bath on the beach to visit Sierra Nevada. Only 40 minutes away we can visit important monuments such as the Alhambra in Granada and the Generalife.
The house is located in the Motrileña valley just 2 minutes from Motril and another 2 minutes from Torrenueva by car. It is easily accessed by the N-340 road and is located on a road 250 m from it on a flat and all private land for people who rent it. Despite being so close to the municipality, with the comforts that this implies, it is far enough away, just outside it, allowing you to enjoy moments of tranquility and nature (there is a beach just 10 minutes walk through the countryside of cultivation).
The house is completely fenced, enjoys full privacy and the house is rented in its entirety, it is not shared with other tenants or owners. It has a covered terrace of 50 m2 with wood oven and barbecue, television and ceiling fan with remote control air conditioning and heating. Garden area with fruit trees typical of the area and palm trees, 1300 m2 of lawn, swimming pool for the exclusive use of the tenants of the house, solarium and an outside toilet.
Outside the house there is a play and leisure area for the little ones (rockers, slide, small house and a covered pergola with bar for the enjoyment of the tenants).
It also has a parking area for 4 -5 cars inside the farm and room for laundry and cleaning.
Inside it has:
- Living room with fireplace and bar-bar with two televisions and a mini music chain.
- 3 bedrooms:
Master bedroom with 1.35 m bed.
Bedroom with three beds of 105 cm.
Bedroom with a bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating as well as a ceiling fan with remote control, except the bedroom with a bed that in addition to air conditioning and heating the fan is standing.
- 1 Full kitchen, equipped with two combi fridges, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee makers, etc. ; all the necessary utensils and utensils.
The hot water is through electrical installation (including such expenses in the price).
- Full bathroom inside the house and a toilet outside the house next to the pool. It is fully equipped with towels, sheets, blankets and utensils included in the price.
We have a baby cot or toddler on request, at no additional cost.
In Motril you can enjoy fantastic beaches of enormous breadth and easy parking, large promenade, fishing port and yacht club. It also has golf courses and municipal and private sports facilities ... It is a city that has all the comforts: shopping centers, hospitals, municipal facilities ... as well as places where you can enjoy the night: bars, pubs, discos. Beach bars are also characteristic where you can taste your typical meals in the morning and on the night of music and party. All this just two minutes by car.
Ideal environment to spend rest seasons in the countryside,
. All this without sacrificing the advantages of the proximity to nearby municipalities (Almuñecar, Salobreña, Torrenueva, Carchuna, Calahonda, Granada, Málaga and Almería ...).
