This well furnished upstairs apartment is located near the Habaneras in Torrevieja. You have access to a roof terrace where the sun always shines. Downstairs there is a garden with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful marble table and benches. At 150 m there is a large swimming pool with separate children's section on a lovely lawn where you can laze. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Dutch TV channels, DVD player, safe, washing machine and air conditioning. Through the living room you enter the smaller terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning. The center of Torrevieja is easily accessible on foot, as is the shopping center Habaneras and the large Carrefour.

Near the house is a large aqua park with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open in the season. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the wider area so that you do not have to be bored. You can scuba dive, play tennis, swim, paddle water jet skiing or play a game of golf.
