Fantastic 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa located close to Torrevieja Town Centre and just a 7 minutes walk to the Sea front and Los Locos Beach. The villa is located on a quite residential road and within easy walking distance of local restaurants bars shops supermarkets etc. Inside there is a fantastic living area filled with Light and 5 meter High ceilings, Modern kitchen with all main aplliances including dishwasher, 3 Bedrooms (2 Doubles both with Private Bathrooms and Terraces plus a Twin bedroom and family bathroom, the villa has Air-conditioning throughout and a European satellite system (some English speaking channels). DVD player, Music system, upstairs is a second large living area with Seating, selection of reading books, plus wireless internet access and free wifi. Outside is a large shaded Terrace with seating and dining areas and a BBQ. At the rear of the house is a private swimming pool, 4 Sun Beds, poolside Table and Chairs. The villa has parking for 3 cars.

Vacance peu reposante

Maison mitoyenne trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©e , chambre qui donne sur le salon du voisin et le soir pas moyen de dormir avant 01h voir mĂȘme + , la cause voisin bruyant ( blabla , music, tv : fort )avec chien qui aboie souvent peut importe l'heure de jour ou de la nuit (dĂ©jĂ  arrivĂ© Ă  03h du matin ) A premiĂšre vu belle villa , aprĂšs avoir fait le tour on constate quel est mal entretenu , fissure au mur,certain interrupteur qui ne fonctionne pas ,trace d'infiltration au plafond, la plupart de l'Ă©lectro-mĂ©nager vieux: pas terrible , bas de gamme. TĂ©lĂ©vision : uniquement chaine Espagnol et Anglaise par satellite Je ne recommande pas le titre de ( Fantastique Villa etc...)

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa von Miguel und seiner Familie ist hervorragend. Es ist alles ummauert sodass unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei rumlaufen konnte. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Familie ist sehr Gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt.

Ruime halfvrijstaande woning

Prima verblijf gehad. Zeer ruime prettige woning. Woning kan wel wat liefde gebruiken en ik begreep dat daar nu aan gewerkt wordt. Perfecte service van Mikel, zeer aardige en behulpzame man! Goede omgeving, 15 minuten van het strand. Prima weergehad in januari en februari.

We recently stayed at Mikels property for nearly a month. Mikel is a great host and exceptionally helpful. The house is ideally located and is around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there are a few nice places to eat - the supermarket is a ten minute walk. Family holiday

Very warm and welcoming, mikel took us to the shop on our first day and helped us plan our trip around the area. The property was perfect for us and had everything that we needed as a family. Een mooi, ruim en compleet huis

We hebben een goede vakantie gehad in Torrevieja. De communicatie en ontvangst van Mikel is vriendelijk en correct. Een echte 5 sterren gastheer! Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is wel wat ouder, maar functioneert. Zwembad is groot, alleen hadden wij de pech dat het minder weer was waardoor het water koud was. Ook heerlijk ge-bbqt! Het huis biedt veel privacy en veel plekjes om lekker te chillen. Wat ons wat tegenvalt is de omgeving. Torrevieja is geen mooie stad. Lopen naar de betere restaurants kost 20 minuten tussen de grauwe straten door. Verwacht geen mooie pleinen oid. Ook de directe omgeving heeft weinig sfeer. Wel een goede Consum supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. Mikel, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid! Groeten, Pascal

Holiday in Spain 2023

Prior to arriving in Spain, we had good and useful communication and advice with Mikel. We were met at the property by Mikel on arrival, and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The property was clean, well stoked and met our families requirements. During our stay, we contacted Mikel with a few minor problems and or request for information. Mikel attended to all of our problems speedily and was a source of useful information. I would recommend this property and location to anyone thinking of visiting Spain.

Tolles Haus und tolle Gegend

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub in diesem Haus. Der Vermieter/EigentĂŒmer ist super liebe, nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder ... ganz sicher. Die Lage ist super ... in 10 bis 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß alles erreichen, was man benötigt ... Strand wie EinkĂ€ufe tĂ€tigen.

Perfect in every way!

Just returned from a most perfect holiday at Mikel’s beautiful home, the photographs did not do it justice! Our host Mikel was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, as we arrived late he shopped for the essentials for us, met us at the property, showed us around and gave us all the details of the area. The villa was well stocked with everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again, it was just perfect, especially after the most awful 18mths we have all had. Thank you Mikel, hope to see you again!

Perfect house / perfect host

So happy we found Mikels house! It’s a perfect house with a lot of space for our familjy ( 2 adult and 4 kids) and a lovely area outside as well. Mikel is the best host! Everything just went smooth and simple. Now we know where we wants to stay next time! :)

Just spent a great week in Mikel's lovely house. It had everything we needed for a family of 7 , lots of space inside and a fantastic living and eating area outside. Mikel was a brilliant host, it kept us updated both prior and during the holiday with useful information and tips. As we didn't have a car, Mikel drove us to the local supermarket and back. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and early departure too. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay at this house if you are considering this area. We would not hesitate to return.

A fantastic property

This villa had everything that was promised and more. The pool area was excellent and had lots of inflatables to use for the family. Miguel provided all the towels, bath, pool and beach which certainly helped. The villa was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. We arrived quite late but Miguel was waiting and had gone to the trouble of getting some food and drinks in for us. He provided lots of information and help about the area. I would definitely recommend this property to any family or group going to the area. We will certainly return!

Great villa, great villa owner!

We were met on arrival at the villa by the owner who welcomed us then showed us around the villa. The villa was clean, tidy and felt like home straight away. The pool was also clean and well used by us throughout our holiday. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy and everything in the kitchen we needed. There was a lovely outdoor shaded area where we ate at the big dining table. We were a family of 6 adults and one child and all agreed that the villa was great and Mikel was the perfect host.

Amazing villa

We are a family of 7 and we had an amazing time here. The house is huge and spacious and it was clean on arrival and felt like home straight away. We used the log fire every night and cooked all the time saving us so much money on eating out. The only issue I had was that the pool was dirty and not cleaned so we were it able to use it atall during our 10days. This was not advertised or told to us that the pool would be closed so I had 3 very upset teenagers and this was very sad for us. The owner assumed we wouldn't want to use it as it was winter. However it was 23 degrees and teenagers are brave and would of jumped in everyday. Instead they went in the sea but we couldn't go everyday as my parents in law wernt good at walking too far. The pool for us had many reasons for the family so it was a spoiler. Saying all this I could not fault anything else.
