Summary:
This Fourth floor apartment has been recently modernised while keeping some original features. The apartment is decorated with a nice fresh feel theme. It is located on the beach side of Punta prima, within a 5 minute walk to the beach and has a large communal pool. .For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the property into a hallway that leads to the living room and the bathroom is straight in front of you. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink with a built-in storage cupboard, shower, and bidet.
The living room has air conditioning a large L- shaped sofa and modern cabinets with a smart TV offering International TV channels, a coffee table, and a dining table for 4 people. You can also access the large balcony that overlooks the communal pool. From the living room, you have both bedrooms on either side of the hallway and the kitchen at the end.
To the right, you have the master bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a double bed, and built-in wardrobes, this bedroom also had access to the large balcony. The second bedroom has twin single beds a bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobes.
The galley kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The utility room is located just off the kitchen and has a washing machine and other cleaning supplies.
The large balcony runs the full length of the apartment and has outdoor furniture that you can use to enjoy the view of the pool.
Punta Prima has a large variety of Bars, and restaurants within 5 minute walk from the apartment and a supermarket. You are also a few minutes walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant which is known for its seafood and views out to the sea. Also in the area you have Mini golf, Go Karting, and 4 golf courses in a 30 min radius. La Zenia Boulevard is just down the N332 at la Zenia and is currently the largest shopping center in the Alicante province. You can use Alicante/ El Altet or Murcia International Airport to get to the property. This apartment is on the bus route and has links to get into Torrevieja Town and from there you can go into Alicante City and its main bus interchange as well as Alicante Airport.

Punta Prima has a large variety of Bars, restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket. You are also a few minutesâ walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant which is known for its seafood and views out to the sea. Also in the area you have Mini golf, Go Karting and 4 golf courses in a 30 min radius. La Zenia Boulevard is just down the N332 at la Zenia and is currently the largest shopping centre in the Alicante province. You can use Alicante/ El Altet or Murcia International Airport to get to the property. This apartment is on the bus route and has links to get into Torrevieja Town and from there you can go into Alicante City and its main bus interchange as well as Alicante Airport.
Getting Around:
A car is not essential, however if you wish to explore the surrounding areas it is beneficial.
There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk, which will take you to Cartagena, Torrevieja and Alicante. There is also a local bus service which will take you to Zenia Boulevard
