We have air conditioning and heater inside apartment. For entertainment we have Smart television and Bluetooth music system.



There are two Lifts and one swimming Pool in the house.



We offer cost effective Airport transfer service, green transporter like electric Roller and mountain bikes with an additional cost.

The property is located within 400 m of the central bus station, a supermarket, the city centre, restaurants, cafés, bars, a pharmacy, an ATM and the beaches of Cura and Los Locos.

A private parking space in a garage is available for a fee. Free parking can be found on the street.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please close the door and windows when the air conditioning is running. Also, the air conditioning should only run for a maximum of 1 hour at a time, with at least 30 minutes break in between.

Please remember to switch off all appliances when you leave the accommodation and to empty the bins before checking out.
