I passed by before check in and room was still not ready. The place was not full nor was it busy. So I had to come back for check in. With all the empty rooms, they put me on the 2nd floor. I had to lug my heavy suitcase up stairs, which really made me upset.

This property is stunning! We stayed in the cabin. Had an amazing view and the amenities were great. The resort is located just outside the park and just 2 miles from the small town. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. Such a unique and cool hotel with so many fun and comfy accommodations. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Capitol Reef. It also has stunning view of the cliffs from your hotel room window.

This property is the one closest to Capitol Reef NP. It was very nicely appointed and was my favorite hotel during our trip to the Southwest. Love the outdoor space and super comfortable beds!

Unfortunately, our room had urine in the toilet and hair on it, as well as crumbs on the couch. We asked for it to be cleaned, and 1.5 hours later it still wasn’t, so we asked to move rooms. The new room was cleaner but didn’t have any soap, so we had to use body wash to wash our hands. The pool was nice but the bar to get out was half missing and it was missing tiles and the hot tub was dirty. The pool towels were gone, so we had to go to the office yet again to ask for them. We were not very impressed.

This resort is located right on the Certified International Dark Sky, yet the resort doesn't have a curfew when the guestrooms outdoor lights should be turned off at a certain time at night in order for the guest to enjoy the night sky.

We had a fantastic stay! The amenities were excellent—especially the jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more memorable. One unexpected and fun surprise was waking up to a large group of cows mooing in the backyard! It was such a unique and charming touch that added to the rural, peaceful vibe of the place. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy getaway with great views and character.

Great place to stay before or after an outing at Capitol Reef National park. It was a great place for stargazing when sun goes down. Staff is excellent and willing to help out with any questions you may have.

It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious. The laundry facilities were well maintained, easy walk to bathroom. Loved how each wagon had their own bathroom. Very innovative, was expecting a bathhouse for all the guest. This was much better. Staff that rides around on golf carts making sure you had everything you needed, they were super friendly. Great experience!
