L'Estartit

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Apartmentkomplex. Restaurants und der schöne Ortskern mit seinen vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Leider wusste bei der Anreise weder die von der Vermieterin angegebene Agentur zur Schlüsselübergabe, noch die Hausmeisterin, dass wir die Wohnung gebucht hatten. Den Pool konnten wir erst nutzen, nachdem wir eine Saisonkarte mühevoll selbst organisiert hatten. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist für vier Personen ausgestattet. Sowohl die Esstisch-, wie auch die Balkonmöbel, sind für vier Personen vorgesehen. Angegeben ist die Wohnung allerdings für bis zu sechs Personen. Wir waren zu fünft, also fehlte bei jedem Beisammensitzen ein Stuhl. Die Matratzen der Betten sind sehr hart und in einer Plastikhülle eingepackt. Erholsames Schlafen war hier nicht möglich. Die Kissen rochen nach diversen vorigen Gästen und konnten ebenfalls nicht genutzt werden. Die Küche und das Geschirr waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Das Gaskochfeld (kein Herd) war sehr ungepflegt, eines der vier Gasfelder funktionierte nicht. Die Kaffeemaschine war ekelhaft. Von aussen war das Gerät völlig klebrig, im Filterhalter waren Schimmelweben. Geschirr ist nur als Minimalausstattung vorhanden und musste erstmal gespült werden. Der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank war in Ordnung. Geduscht wird in der Badewanne, die Halterung für den Duschkopf war defekt, musste also immer in der Hand gehalten werden. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht immer. Die in der Wohnungsbeschreibung angegebene Waschmaschine sowie der Haartrockner sind nicht vorhanden. Für uns war der Ort L'Estartit Super, die Unterkunft kommt für uns keinesfalls mehr in Frage.

Ruim appartement aan het strand en de rand van het centrum

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Bedden zijn 140 x 195 cm. Zelf beddengoed en handdoeken meenemen. Ramen zijn voorzien van rolluiken. Wifi aanwezig. Sleutel ophalen bij de agency voor het complex. Supermarkt en andere winkels binnen 100 meter van het appartement. Geen zonnewering of parasol aanwezig op het terras, daardoor zomers te warm om 's middags op het terras te zitten.

Vi kom meget sent lørdag aften, der var ingen vi kunne komme i kontakt med. Vi havde tre børn i bilen og hvis ikke vi havde fundet en sød dame skulle vi have sovet i bilen til mandag morgen, hvor udlejnings stedet åbnede. Det er bare ikke i orden. Lejligheden var beskidt og havde et toilet der virkede hver tredje gang
