Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, bus stop 300 m, ferry "pour la Corse" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Mourillon" 3.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, cable car 3 km, children's playground 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
