Composed of a living room and a very functional American kitchen, a small alcove bedroom and a modern bathroom with bath / shower and WC, fitted with cupboards, suitcase storage and a free individual safe , it is extended by a terrace / loggia furnished and very pleasant, facing south-east for lunch in the summer.
You benefit from a private parking for vehicle, doubly secured by entry residence (digicode) and private company of surveillance with security guards in season.
