Escapade Lauragaise - Saint-Félix-Lauragais

In the heart of Saint-Félix-Lauragais, a town steeped in heritage and history, on the market square, Valérie has thought of every detail to ensure a pleasant stay. Lake Lenclas is 3km away, Revel 10km, and Saint-Ferréol 13km. This two-story cottage features: - Ground floor: entrance hall, spacious living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge area, shower room/WC. A pellet stove heats the living area, and the bathroom has a heated towel rail. - Upstairs: landing converted into a reading room, WC with washbasin, dressing room, bedroom (one double bed 140cm), bedroom (two single beds 90cm that can be joined together). The double bedroom is separated from the twin bedroom and the hallway by a glass and steel partition, with blackout curtains on either side for added privacy. Electric heating is provided upstairs. - We provide a bistro table and chairs allowing for a "terrace" setup in front of the house with a direct view of the square (we have permission from the Town Hall) This 16th-century half-timbered house will charm you with its traditional architecture combined with contemporary décor and modern comforts.
