Ideally located cottage for visiting Toulouse, Albi, and Carcassonne! Shared pool. Come discover the Lauragais countryside and the Toulouse region in this cottage located in a partially enclosed 1-hectare park. Located on one level, in part of the main house, it adjoins the owners' home and two guest rooms. Shared swimming pool (10x5m) with the occupants from June 15 to September 15. Entrance hall, large living room, separate kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) on a small mezzanine accessible by a staircase with Japanese steps + bathroom opening onto the master bedroom and separate toilet) (1 double bed (140cm) + 1 double bed (160cm), separate shower room/toilet. Electric heating. Toulouse ring road 16km away, St-Orens shopping center 15km away. Gîte open all year round. Private access, garden, and terrace at the gîte. Pets not allowed Character building in a preserved rural setting...between Toulouse and Revel (35 mins)
