This traditional Maison de Vigneron is an oasis situated in a peaceful Mediterranean village of Tourbes. It has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a WC. If boasts a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that gives onto the south facing garden. The garden offers a courtyard with a shaded lounge area and a patio with a ping pong table and baseball net. That leads to a summer kitchen with a dedicated BBQ and covered dining room. Beyond that is salt pool with sun loungers, parasols.

The space
This house is perfect for family gatherings or multiple family units and friends. The large kitchen/diner on the ground floor is designed for cooking and eating and opens directly onto the south facing garden with sliding doors. The pantry houses the ovens and offers plenty of fridge and freezer space, a washing machine, and a shower room with toilet. A generous salon offers a cosy space to watch television or play games. In the garden, a covered lounge area and summer kitchen give plenty of overspill space and offer a comfortable place for smokers. The dedicate BBQ area is ajacent to the covered dining room that leads onto the pool. Easy to sit in the shade and watch the kids inthe pool. One bedroom, on the ground floor, has an ensuite bathroom with seperate dressing room, and opens directly onto the garden. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have air conditioning, and a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The upstairs bedrooms give on to a large covered terrace which protects them from the seering heat in the summer and the cold in the winter.

Guest access
Access is gained from the street directly through the large glass doors. There are 2 steps to enter the apartment from the entrance. The ground floor bedroom is good for someone with limited mobility but the doors to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom are too narrow for a wheelchair. Parking can be done on the property but there is also directly opposite the house in Tourbes' free and secure municipal car park. Much of the communal areas are on the ground floor but there is also a sunny terrace that overlooks the back garden.

Other things to note
Tourbes nestles on the Mediterranean plain between Montpelier and Beziers. It is a friendly village that offers all essential amenities plus 3 restaurants and a lovely bar with a large shaded terrace that also serves Pizza. It is a 20 minute drive to the nearest coast at Meze, 40 minutes drive from the extensive beaches at Sete, rivers, lakes, mountain and hill walks are also in very close proximity. The area is a thriving wine producing region so you are always close to a refreshing glass of deliciousness. Beziers is home to a stadium that hosts international rugby fixtures. Montpelier is a thriving cultural centre that is easily reached by car or public transport from Pezenas.
