In the heart of the most beautiful district, its beautiful facades and alleys, it is in the immediate vicinity of Place Plumereau, restaurants, shops and remarkable sites of Tours. Everything is within walking distance in 5 minutes. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfortable bed, the brightness, the comfort, the decoration, the location. Ideal for a couple stay or a business trip.
This beautiful 50 m² suite is made up of a half-timbered entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking (induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes, basic necessities, washing machine), a dining room and office, a living room communicating with the bedroom with quality bedding (Queen size bed), a laundry room (hangers, iron and ironing board), a bathroom and separate WC.

Lovely Apartment. Well located, but could be noisy if you want windows open. Spiral staircase a problem if older. No allocated parking only what you can find on the street.

Comfortable stay in Tours

The property itself is lovely and in a wonderful location. However there is no mention of the fact there is a narrow spiral staircase without a handrail for part of it to access the apartment. For us it was not too much of a problem although getting two full size suitcases up there was a challenge as we are in our late sixties although very fit.

Beautiful apartment in the best neighborhood in Tours

We loved staying here - not only was it a beautiful (and beautifully furnished) apartment, it was also in the best neighborhood in Tours, adjacent to the Place Plumereau, the most vibrant and historic square in all of Tours. Within walking distance to everything (including the Tourist office, gare, and river), it was one of the best experiences we've had in renting. Highly recommended!

This apartment is a comfortably & tastefully modernised unit in a 15th century building in the heart of the old part of Tours. It is blessed by wonderful daylight & is well insulated from outside noise & temperature. There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in the area, many being just a few paces from the front door. This Aussie couple found the apartment ideal for exploring the old town, wandering along the beautiful river banks, shopping at the local markets, & visiting a number of museums, etc. The owner/host, Alexandre, is a true gentleman, & was so very friendly & helpful.
