The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. Finally, be warned that there are no fans (let alone air conditioning) in the apartment, so it is stiflingly hot in the heat. I appreciate this is not the host's fault, but consider this more a warning for future guests.

Location bien située près des halles avec commerces de proximité. Bien équipée, propre, au calme (car en retrait de la route) et sécurisée avec codes aux portes d'entrée. Attention escalier étroit pour monter à l'étage et difficultés pour se garer à certains horaires, notamment lorsque les quais gratuits sont fermés pour inondations, toutefois le logement est entouré de places de parking payantes (gratuites la nuit, dimanche et jours fériés).Pas d'accueil personnalisé, mais instructions pour pénétrer dans la location, reçues le jour J.
