The changing room in the spa area was not very clean. Hair on floor and shower cubicles. Food was average , breakfast food was cold. Charged extra for an omlette if required. would not recommend to friends

Well maintained given its size. Good facilities. Extensive self service breakfast buffet. Nice pool etc. Staff responsive and polite. Be prepared to walk a distance to some rooms as the hotel is very large. Would happily return given the opportunity.

It was just ok. The rooms were a bit tired and the layout was very confusing. The receptionist who checked us in couldn’t have been less friendly however the receptionist who checked us out was lovely. Arrived at lunchtime and all restaurants were full leaving us with the bar or room service as our only eating option. Left feeling underwhelmed

We do have maps available at reception to help.I am sorry your arrival was not as friendly as expected. I am glad your checkout was much better. Our restaurant would be closed at lunchtime. Our bar or room service would be your only option before 17:30.We provide hot food in the bar. I hope we served you a tasty bar snack. We are sorry you left underwhelmed. Whittlebury Hall is a great hotel for leisure and spa facilities, with an excellent steam room and sauna. The pool is large but shallow, the jacuzzi unfortunately contained too much chlorine and the interior design around the pool dated. Everywhere was immaculately clean, room was light and comfortable, although a long walk from reception! Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.
