On Travelocity website stated, dining areas, that is untrue. Breakfast is delivered to your room. Room and bathroom very clean, sheets smells heavily of bleach. But clean. The driver from destination service for transfers was soooo arrogant, he was driving like 100 miles per hour. He broke my suitcase, and lied about it. Destination services for transport i would try to avoid them. Not helpful at the airport, they add on more anxiety to traveling, .

The rooms was very spacious and clean the shower was amazing… The Manager Mr Brooks very courteous and genuine greets each guest with a smile but the main security is very professional (my wife said he need a raise or bonus) we’re definitely visiting back in July

There was a minor issue with check in, but the staff was accommodating and the security team was excellent and I made new friends. Kudos to Mr Green and his team also the housekeeping lady was thorough and the place was well cleaned. I will be back for sure. Close to shopping and the Police Station was in front so I felt safe. I would highly recommend sea shell palms.

Great staff including the security personnel. The breakfast of local Jamaican dishes was wonderful. I am encouraged that the local farmers are benefiting from the Tourism Industry. My apartment was adequate, however, it could use some updating.
