Love the firework displays from the hotel room

Excellent service from arrival to departure. Attentive staff who showed us into a lounge for check-in. Nightly firework displays directly in front of the hotel is a big plus and we are able to enjoy the firework display from our private onsen in the room. Only downside is there isn’t much to do near the hotel, other than boating on the lake. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay at this property again if I am in the vicinity.

It’s a wonderful hotel to enjoy the lake views and onsen. Food was pretty good and even exotic at times. Would recommend the private baths for sure.

Food lacks authentic Japanese taste. Too much focus on international food selection. There is really very little choice of food around the hotel. Room design is odd. The window opens from head to toe. We were put just below the onsen and the room was really warm. There was no aircon and airflow was bad even with both windowns open. Luckily the staff gave us a fan

酒店住宿overall 唔錯，房間舒適，另外露天溫泉可觀賞洞爺湖和遠望羊蹄山，而酒店提供的晚餐和早餐 Buffet 食物很有質素，只是工作人員服務質素有改善的空間，感覺check-in 和住宿的過程中比較混亂, e.g 1) 預早完成網上check-in手續，但到達酒店時卻被指去櫃檯做人手check-in. 2）連續住兩晚, 房卡第二日居然進不回房間！

It's all about the lake view

Can't beat the gorgeous lakefront location and views. Everything was outstanding except the somewhat disappointing dinner buffet which was subpar in the quality of many dishes, especially the seafood. Breakfast was excellent. Our private open-air onsen in our room was great as was the public rooftop onsen.
