チェックイン40分前に到着、手続きができるか確認したところ15時からと言われたためロビーで待機していましたが、20分前に後から来た人からチェックインを始めました。私以外にも何人か待機していたので、チェックインを始めるアナウンスをしていただけたら待っている方々に対して親切だと思いました。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

アメニティが、各フロアにあるということでしたが、ないものなどがあったので残念でした。夜は補充が行き届かないと思いますのでフロント階にも設置されたらよいのではないかと思いました。
