The Hotel is an amazing Onsen, modern with a fantastic Breakfast the hot springs are to die for, they consist of 1 indoor and one outdoor baths, its got a Sauna and a ice bath, they offer Dinner Buffet for an aditional 8000¥ per person, the only things I did not like were : They do not offer room keeping at all, just change of towels if asked , The hotel is in Tonami, but isolated, meaning you can only go out by car, and there’s nothing to do ir see by foot, The wifi is decent and covers the whole property, but cell service is spotty.

Nice and quiet hotel

When I requested a change of room a staff came immediately. I felt the mattresses were too soft. So we were given another room. However we did get a good nights rest and no problem with the mattress.

Location is remote, good only for drivers. Hotel room is spacious. Service is bad. One evening we dial to the front desk and asked for help with dealing a big insect in room, they only say sorry (they can't speak English), don't understand. But didn't try to come or seek what we needed.
