Very nicely renovated, spacious suite and good value. parking was easy and free. Staff were friendly and helpful although sometimes the front desk was empty. Not a big deal though as they responded when needed. Best place to stay in Trail I'd say.

The hotel itself was great. We only dealt with the front desk person. She was very good. Our only concern was the area of town. We were warned that we should not walk i certain nearby areas. As to family resraurants in the area: o e "bar & grill" where you were compelled to listen to kereoke wailing. Food good, atmosphere seedy.

Amazing rooms with blackout curtains and really comfortable beds. No vending machines or anything for late night convenience and it would have been nice to have a fully staffed bar
