Beautiful, thatched sauna and bicycle storage room are located in the garden semi-detached house "Heide", surrounded by trees and fields. 1.5 km from the centre of Karlshagen, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Wolgast, 10 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
3-room semi-detached house 55 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Ambiente malerisch. Das Reetdach-Haus mit schönem Garten ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit

Sehr schöne Anlage, Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine Idylle für Ruhesuchende. Allerdings ist der kürzeste Weg zum Strand nur zu Fuss erreichbar und damit etwas weit, mit Kindern erschwert, da man ja meist Einiges an Gepäck dabei hat. Kürzester Zugang liegt dann auch über dem Campingplatz. Das ist ungünstig.Per Fahrrad muss man ein Stück Weg in Kauf nehmen, was für Geübte kein Problem ist.

Haus top !!! Umgebung top !!! Sehr ruhige , gemütliche Lage.

Wir haben sehr gut gewohnt und konnten angenehme Ruhe genießen. Usedom ist eine schöne , zum Teil ursprüngliche , Insel. Leider wird hier der Fehler gemacht , mehr Urlauber UND Autos auf die Insel zu holen , infrastrukturmäßg möglich und nötig ist.
