This 3 bedroom loft is located in the heart of downtown TC, directly on Front St & just before the mouth of the Boardman River where it opens up into the West Grand Traverse Bay! You can get the best of downtown just steps out our front door with the Little Fleet Bar/Food Truck Restaurant & Bubba’s BBQ directly across the street & the best of West Grand Traverse Bay just out the back door as we offer brand new pontoon rentals as well. This loft has a full luxury kitchen with stainless steal appliances and a custom tiled bathroom with stand up shower with benched seat. To top it off the toilet as a bidet as well! This Loft has one of the best view in Traverse City with the living room having two large bay windows looking out into the west bay and down below to the Boardman River. You can bring you boat and park it at our dock if you have one or rent one of our pontoon boats. This prime location is very unique and cant be beat as this three bedroom loft can sleep 7 and is one of a kind for downtown TC as it has a large master bedroom with the bunkbed room just off the master and the guest bedroom as well. Each room has its own mini split HVAC heating and Cooling units. We also have a 1 & 2 bedroom loft as well as a studio loft all adjacent to each other on the second floor with the famous Peace Love & Donuts & Zest Plant Based foods down below on the street lever along with a barber shop and boutique as well. Ask about adding one or all of the other units. Weekends in the prime summer months all four units will be booked together by one group and during the week they can all be booked separately or together too.
