Very good

Couldn’t sleep because you can hear when guest above us started walking , literally walking in and out, we could hear their straps belove.
When we decided to leave the property, we found out someone hit our car and run. We went
Rooms were okay. Wonky floor - uneven in several places. No hand soap so we had to call for thst. Beds firm, linens clean. Our biggest beef, noisy. Heavt traffic all night long, hence the 4 sets of ear plugs on offer. I still heard the cars, however.
New design style but dusty and lots of left overs from the previous guests. The sounds from the second floor came pounding through the ceiling. Prices were high as it was a Friday through Sunday trip and after looking at Monday through Thursday pricing found it to be over double.

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. The tub absolutely did not drain and so after my wife and i too a shower there was water upto our shins. THE SHEETS WERE NOT MADE TOO.
The Samsung TV+ is not user friendly!! It was very confusing to use and we were unable to watch a Sunday night football game on NBC.
The rooms are very nice. Updated and clean!

The hotel was clean. Everything was pretty new.
The AC was rattling the entire night, so it was definitely hard to sleep.
The price was good, but hard to recommend if you can’t actually get sleep there.
The property was very nice and clean. It was very beautiful and modern. The common room with the fireplace and games was very cozy and we enjoyed watching a movie and playing Clue. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Traverse City.
Not familiar with the virtual desk option, but it was easy to figure out. The hotel was very nice and I would stay there again

The location was great but the hotel wasn't complete they were still taking and fixing things. there was no ice machine the front doors didn't have locks that locks most of the time the internet was iffy and the TV only had streaming capabilities with no local channels was expecting more
Highly recommend if you are looking for a no-frills nice and modern hotel that is close to the beach, dining, shopping, and recreation. There's a very nice lounge/gathering area inside with a fireplace. Our only complaint is that the AC system was loud.

The property is very new, clean but the rooms lacked places to hang towels, the heating/cooling system was very loud & our sink failed to drain - eventually it did. Beds very comfy & room was very bright & sunny. Overall it was great - just a few tweeks!
Just minutes from everything. On site free parking. The emails and text messages provided clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and search their other properties.
It’s a beautiful hotel but I don’t think virtual check ins etc. are for us. Miss personal touch. Loved the location, so close to the lake! The restaurant across the street was excellent, The Cottages!
