Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

Great new and spacious 3BR close to everything

This is an excellent property. Practical floor plan with lots of space upstairs and downstairs. Amazing views of the bay out of the kitchen and family room. Large backyard surrounded by nature. Convenient location close to but not downtown, convenient jumping off point for Suttons Bay, Farm Club, Hop Lot, 9 Bean Rows, plus Sleeping Bear, Glen Arbor, Leland, etc.

We had a sibling reunion at this wonderful house. It was so spacious and comfortable! It has everything you will need for a luxury stay and the location was wonderful. Clean, Beautiful, Convenient!

This house far exceeded my family's expectations. It was by far the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. It was just myself, my husband, our two littles, and our dog and the house had plenty of space. There's two bedrooms on the main floor and then a whole other living space in the basement with another bedroom and full bath. Very spacious and could easily fit more people! Beds were comfortable, and everything seemed brand new, and worked great. The host was easy to communicate with during check-in and check-out. Close to various things in the area and downtown Traverse City without being too close. The view of the lake is outstanding! We stayed in early January and it was incredibly quiet and beautiful with all the snow. We already have talked about coming back next year!

Wonderful ranch

The home is beautiful. We loved everything about it. The kitchen has top of the line appliances with an amazing view of the water and everything you need to cook meals. The bathroom is the basement is so elegant. We slept comfortably in the beds. We were appreciative of being able to park in the garage which is immaculate. Our puppy enjoyed the backyard and we were so happy to have her with us. I gave a 4 on location only because it is a very busy road but that would not prevent us from staying in this wonderful home again. We had a wonderful 7 days in this property.

Fantastic location

We stayed here for about a week and it served as a perfect base camp for us to explore. There are multiple beaches and parks within short drives, as well as everything Traverse City has to offer. The house is quite spacious and very clean; everyone could have their own space at night after spending the day together. We also enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises and moonrises over the bay, right from our living room. Katy is very quick to respond if there is anything you need. We also appreciated the guide book she provides that has a breakdown of the various towns in the area and what restaurants and attractions they have.

Wonderful

This is a beautiful property with high end finishes inside. Everything was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing - all Kitchenaid appliances and well stocked with everything you could need! We appreciated the two separate living areas. It is a great location for visiting both the Traverse City area and the Leelanau peninsula. The hosts were super responsive when we had a couple of very minor issues. The house was well insulated so the road noise from M22 was not an issue. We appreciated the bottle of wine and pound of coffee - a really nice touch! We wish we could have stayed longer. We spend a week in the area every September and plan to return here next year. Outstanding!
